We should follow the principle of letting a hundred flowers bloom and a hundred schools of thought contend, and encourage creative transformation and development, so as to add new luster to Chinese culture.

坚持百花齐放、百家争鸣，坚持创造性转化、创新性发展，不断铸就中华文化新辉煌。

We should work together to bring down cultural barriers, reject prejudices that stand in the way of human interactions, and eliminate cultural bias that prevents people from engaging with one another. Let us work together to make sure that different civilizations coexist in harmony with each other and that everybody enjoys cultural nourishment.

共同消除现实生活中的文化壁垒，共同抵制妨碍人类心灵互动的观念纰缪，共同打破阻碍人类交往的精神隔阂，让各种文明和谐共存，让人享有文化滋养。

Put cultural construction in a more prominent position to provide strong support for carrying forward the excellent traditional Chinese culture and enhancing cultural self-confidence.
